Between 13 and 15 May 2022, the very first education innovation hackathon will take place in Estonia.

Friday, 13.05.2022

Start: 11.00

1. 11.00-11.20 Welcome – project manager and host
2. 11.20- 11.30 Introducing the agenda of the 3 days ahead
3. 11.30-12.00 Inspirational presentation by an organiser of a previous hackathon (TBC) – considering the organiser of Edtech Hack
4. 12.00-12.15 Idea pitching
5. 12.15 – 12.25 Forming teams based on previously submitted ideas
6. 12.25- 13.30 I stage of teamwork
7. 13.30 – 14.30 Lunch @AHHAA
8. 14.30 – 17.30 II stage of teamwork
9. 17.30 – 18.00 Conclusions of Day and energetic end to Day 1
10. 18.00 – 19.00 Dinner outside of AHHAA

Saturday, 14.05.2022

Start: 9.00

1. 9.00 – 9.15 Welcoming words and introduction of Day 2 by the host
2. 9.15 – 9.45 Training presentation (on a specific subject, e.g. how to lead a team) – negotiating with Jana Karilaid to give a presentation on work in teams
3. 9.45 – 12.00 III stage of teamwork together with mentors, some of whom will be members of EduHack’s Estonian team
4. 12.00- 13.00 Lunch outside of AHHAA
5. 13.00 – 15.00 IV stage of teamwork
6. 15.00 – 16.30 First batch of presentations to a jury consisting of mentors + one of AHHAA’s Board Members
7. 16.30 – 17.00 Conclusions by the host + energizer
8. 17.00- 18.00 Dinner @AHHAA
9. 18.00- ... Everyone is welcome to visit AHHAA

1. 9.00 – 9.15 Welcoming words and introduction of Day 3 by the host
2. 9.15 – 10.15 Finishing touches to projects in teams
3. 10.15-12.00 Second batch of presentations
4. 12.00-13.00 Lunch @AHHAA
5. 13.00-13.30 Break for the jury to deliberate
6. 13.30-14.00 Prize ceremony, prizes include gift certificates to training courses, to AHHAA’s services and more
7. 14.00-14.15 Conclusions and goodbyes
