Hub members are profesionals and students whose field is any of the following: education, local gobernments, art and design, IT, marketing and communication, tourism, etc.

They participate on a voluntary basis and will jointly steer the project operations at the national level, defining the scopes, the agenda, requirements and success criteria of the Hackathon.
